    1. There is a great resource from the Patient Advocate Foundation called Migraine CareLine that helps patients who have been denied by their insurance to get access to medications. I’m currently using them to see if I can get a medication dosage covered that was previously denied. I highly recommend it and it’s free.

    1. Essential oils are triggers for some. For me, they work and don’t bother me but it’s limited to specific scents.

    1. That’s a hard question to answer. Migraine is a complex neurological disease and it affects everyone so differently. There is no cure for migraine but what has been shown to work best is combination therapy. Combining the use of a CGRP inhibitor such as Emgality, Aimovig or Ajovy with Botox can greatly increase the outcomes of lowering frequency and severity. Trigger management, sleep hygiene, diet, exercise, etc. all play a role as well.

Speak with your doctor about what the best steps are for your particular migraine. I hate that you also live with this disease. I wish you the best of luck. It’s a process for sure. Hugs. 💜💜

  5. Hi Jaime. I just watched a video with your story. I struggled with chronic migraines for about 5 years. I have a number of tools that help quite a bit, and one thing that really helped more than anything was to do a cleanse as prescribed by Anthony William, who is known as the "Medical Medium." I'm wondering if this would help you too. I bought his Cleanse to Heal book, and I've done both the original and the advanced 3:6:9 cleanses. They're quite intense. After I did the cleanse the first time, I was migraine free for 2 months! The second time I did it, it didn't have quite as amazing of an effect. I haven't done it a third time yet, but I plan to do it again when my migraines demand it. Some people do these cleanses back to back, so instead of doing one 9-day cleanse, they keep going and make it into 18 days or more. Anyway, I just wanted to reach out and offer something that really helped me. Thank you for everything you do to help people that suffer from this. Sending you lots of love.
